You look at your life and think, is this really all there is? Because, you think differently, you see the world differently, and you feel confused or in conflict. Like many of my clients this may cause you distress in relationships, turmoil within yourself, and disconnection from the world around you.

Your culture, religion, and family tells you to do it one way, but something inside is telling you differently. Or, you’ve tried “their” way, it doesn’t fit and you feel like you’re barely holding on.

You may be engaging with unhealthy coping skills such as lashing out in anger, school or work avoidance, substance use, and disengagement from social life and family.

You can live a life that is meaningful to you while staying connected to your family, culture, and society. I’ve been where you are. With therapy and a different perspective you really can have your beliefs while surrounding yourself with the healthy life and connections you desire. You have the answers and with therapy outdoors you can start living them.

Maybe you have tried therapy and it didn’t feel right, it made you uncomfortable, or felt too intrusive. Or you are new to therapy but the idea of sitting in an office face-to-face with a therapist is too overwhelming to consider. I offer outdoor therapy which can increase happiness, well-being, and a sense of purpose. I also offer in-office and online therapy. After our first sessions we can decide together what is most effective for you.
